Cases
One file per case. Every file follows the same structure: the case in brief, the institution, the court record, post-conviction and custody status, a timeline, the attributed allegations, the open questions, a living log of records requested and answered — or not answered — and the sources.
A case enters this archive only when a public record exists to build it from: a docket, an official release, a court ruling, or named reporting that can be attributed and checked. Cases are added one at a time, as the records are verified.
A fifth-grade teacher served 29 years at West Chester Christian School in Pennsylvania. Convicted at trial of sexually abusing a first-grader, he is serving 20 to 40 years as a lifetime sexually violent predator. Former students allege a wider pattern; the institution has never been adjudicated. This file keeps the record, the allegations, and the unanswered questions separate.
